Responsibilities

Lead the development of annual services, statements of work, and annual digital marketing plans in partnership with client marketing, operations, and revenue teams to support ecommerce growth and execution through Miles Partnership
Manage day-to-day client relationships and communicate regularly on the performance of ecommerce and digital marketing strategies
Evaluate brand positioning for clients and facilitate marketing research to identify opportunities to strengthen messaging, design, and alignment with target audiences
Develop and execute ecommerce campaigns designed to increase awareness and revenue across channels including SEO, SEM, paid social media, online digital advertising, online travel agencies (OTAs), social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, content marketing, and third-party online listings
Lead, collaborate with, and mentor cross-functional teams including Media, Web Development, Content and SEO, Design, Analytics, and Research to plan, execute, and optimize acquisition and conversion efforts
Ensure promotion and distribution of rate offers, packages, and programs are tracking against planned performance; provide recommendations for optimization and funding allocation as needed
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic trends to identify market opportunities and minimize competitive impacts
Identify new revenue opportunities for clients beyond current distribution strategies, including affiliate partnerships, social commerce platforms, and influencer/creator-driven revenue channels
Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations related to emerging trends and capabilities including attribution, programmatic media buying, digital media platforms, AI-powered search, and large language models (LLMs) such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity and their impact on hotel discovery and booking intent
Support consistent execution of client brand standards across digital marketing channels and campaigns

Requirements

5+ years of directly related ecommerce and digital marketing/advertising experience, including experience managing digital media planning, negotiation, execution, and performance measurement
5+ years working directly with Revenue Management teams to drive web-direct bookings, interpret forecasts, and apply rstrategies to maximize performance
Experience managing budgets exceeding $500,000 tied directly to revenue performance and client value delivery
Strong understanding of hospitality ecommerce tactics and digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic media, OTAs, email marketing, meta-search, affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, social commerce, and content marketing
Experience managing digital media vendors, attribution frameworks, and performance measurement strategies tied to ecommerce outcomes
Working knowledge of analytics, attribution, and performance measurement platforms, including an understanding of how AI-powered search tools and large language models (LLMs) are influencing travel discovery, booking intent, and brand visibility
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback
Frequent intra- and inter-state travel required (approximately 25–35% of time), including occasional overnight stays.
