Job Description

Responsibilities

This position will be primarily responsible for creating digital content (videos, photos, flyers, etc.) for recruitment, current student events, and other related projects.
Graphic design, videography, video/photo editing, social media management skills preferred.
This position will occasionally assist with administrative and general office tasks, provide assistance and support in the UWC offices to students, assist with UWC and International Admissions programming, preparing and packing admission boxes, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to adhere to deadlines and complete tasks and communicate in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Ability to work collaboratively with full time staff, graduate assistant, and other student assistants.
Maintain confidentiality with student information.
Ability to work some evenings or weekends if needed.

Preferred

Graphic design, videography, video/photo editing, social media management skills preferred.
Specific Knowledge/Skills Preferred: Creative Media Production or Visual Communications are preferred majors or experiential knowledge in photography/videography and graphic design.
