The Department of Aviation is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented intern to support the Employee Relations Unit at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). This internship provides hands-on experience in public-sector human resources, with a focus on employee relations administration and confidential records management. The selected candidate will assist with maintaining personnel documentation and supporting team-based HR projects. Minimum Acceptable Training And Experience Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Majors include Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications, , Business Administration or a closely related field.
