Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Website Project Manager who understands the full lifecycle of a website project and can confidently guide projects from planning to launch. This is not an entry-level PM role. We are looking for someone who has already managed website projects in an agency environment and understands the realities of deadlines, revisions, client expectations, and cross-team coordination. You will ensure smooth execution across planning, content, design, development, and launch phases. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with internal workflows. The Website Project Manager will act as the internal leader of website builds, coordinating with account managers, designers, developers, and SEO teams while maintaining project clarity and momentum. What You'll Do Manage website projects from onboarding through launch Build and maintain structured project timelines Ensure all project phases stay on schedule: Planning, asset collection, copywriting, design, development, QA, launch. Coordinate tasks between internal teams Use ClickUp to manage workflows, deadlines, and dependencies Track team bandwidth and prevent bottlenecks Anticipate risks and solve project blockers early Ensure deliverables are completed to agency standards Support smooth handoff to SEO and Client Success teams Maintain organized documentation and project records What We're Looking For Proven experience managing website projects in an agency environment Deep understanding of the website build process from start to finish Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-directed and highly accountable Required: Experience using ClickUp in a professional setting Required: Prior agency experience Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills Working knowledge of SEO best practices is a strong plus Experience with the aesthetics or marketing industry is a plus Perks Fully remote role Flexible schedule Long-term growth opportunity Work with high-end healthcare and aesthetic brands Collaborative and systems-driven team Consistent, structured workflow environment Starting $40/hr (flexible based on experience and track record) Important Note This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
