Salary: 32,000 Annually Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, with a strong focus on crafting engaging, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. This role demands proficiency in modern web development technologies, frameworks, and tools, coupled with a deep understanding of usability, web accessibility standards, and responsive design. Additionally, you must possess intricate knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and proven expertise in driving traffic across all major search engines through techniques such as on-page optimization, keyword strategies, and link-building. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites that deliver exceptional user experiences, align with our brand identity, and maximize visibility and engagement through effective SEO strategies. Responsibilities · Design and manage responsive, user-friendly websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar. Build and maintain a dynamic blog content calendar that aligns with SEO goals and marketing campaigns. Write compelling, informative blog articles with targeted keywords to improve organic search rankings. Execute on-page SEO strategies including keyword research, meta data, internal linking, and image optimization. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure visual consistency across web and blog content. Audit website performance and UX regularly and implement improvements based on analytics and SEO tools. Work with the marketing team to integrate blogs and landing pages into email and social campaigns. Track and analyze key web performance indicators, using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools. Stay current on SEO algorithm updates, web design trends, and content marketing best practices. Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Web Design, or related field preferred. Proven experience in web design and development, particularly for marketing purposes. Strong understanding of SEO principles and content strategy. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for blogs and web content. Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress), HTML/CSS, and visual page builders. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Yoast, or RankMath. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
