Job Summary The Vice President, Strategic Alliance and Channel Development is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Visual Edge IT’s national channel and alliance strategy. This role will architect and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem across print/copy imaging OEMs, managed IT services platforms, cybersecurity providers, cloud partners, and complementary technology vendors. The VP will drive significant revenue growth through strategic alliances, structured governance, and scalable partner programs that strengthen Visual Edge IT’s competitive position. The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling channel programs within the B2B Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity space and understands the MSP ecosystem at scale. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive channel and alliance strategy aligned with company growth objectives Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage high-impact OEM and platform partnerships across imaging, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services. Build scalable partner programs including incentives, rebates, enablement resources, and structured engagement models. Develop joint value propositions and co-sell/co-market motions that enhance revenue growth and market positioning. Establish governance frameworks including QBRs, partner scorecards, joint business plans, and performance tracking mechanisms. Drive measurable partner-sourced revenue growth through defined targets and performance management. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to integrate channel initiatives into go-to-market execution. Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging alliance opportunities. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing channel development team. Year-over-year revenue contribution from strategic alliances meets or exceeds defined targets. Launch of 2–3 joint offerings or co-sell programs within the first 12 months. Increase partner-sourced pipeline and improved partner engagement metrics. Establish repeatable governance models and structured alliance frameworks. Reduce partner onboarding time and increased activation rates. Required Skills / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technical discipline, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliance management, or partner development within B2B technology environments. Proven success developing and scaling channel programs in Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, or adjacent technology markets. Deep understanding of MSP ecosystems and partner sales models. Experience negotiating and managing OEM and strategic technology partnerships. Strong leadership, executive presence, and cross-functional influence. Expertise in forecasting, partner performance analysis, and revenue modeling. Familiarity with PRM and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Exceptional communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
