Own the AI marketing operations program with a multi-year roadmap, production-grade agent delivery and measurable revenue impact, while containerizing the Martech stack and observability for executive reporting.

Own AI marketing ops roadmap, production agents, and replacement of manual workflows with clear time savings.
Governance and observability: evaluation suites, guardrails, cost per task, drift, and vendor management.
Advise C-suite on AI capabilities and link to pipeline and revenue, with strong board-ready measurement of outcomes.
