Volunteer Video & Podcast Editor – Women in Automation (AI-Focused Organization) About Women in Automation Women in Automation (WIA) is a global, outcomes-driven organization advancing mid-career women through AI upskilling, strategic networking, and workforce retention initiatives. We partner with leading AI conferences, executive forums, and forward-thinking organizations to ensure women are visible and advancing in the future of work. Our podcast, AI-Empowered, and our YouTube content amplify conversations with AI leaders, practitioners, and executives across industries. We are growing — and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented editor to help us elevate our content. The Role We are seeking a Volunteer Video & Podcast Editor to support editing and production of: YouTube interviews and event recordings Podcast episodes (audio + video format) Short-form clips for LinkedIn and social media This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in: AI and the future of work Media production and digital storytelling Building a portfolio in a fast-growing space Expanding their professional network Key Responsibilities Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video) Create engaging short-form clips for social media Add intro/outro, captions, branding, and light motion graphics Ensure audio clarity and clean visual flow Collaborate on content ideas and highlight moments Deliver consistent, on-brand edits Ideal Candidate Experience editing video and audio (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools) Strong attention to detail Ability to meet agreed timelines Interest in AI, technology, or women’s leadership Self-starter who enjoys creative ownership Time Commitment Approximately 5–10 hours per week Flexible schedule Remote What You’ll Gain Featured credit on all edited content Exposure to AI leaders and Fortune 500 executives Portfolio-ready work in a high-growth industry Direct collaboration with the Founder of Women in Automation Opportunity to grow into a paid role as the organization scales
