Responsibilities

Architect and execute on Sparkz’s corporate strategies for brand management, public relations, digital engagement, and content.
Own and shape Sparkz’s corporate and product growth marketing strategy across brand, channels, creative, and experimentation.
Work closely with leadership, sales, product, and design teams to turn market pull into a repeatable, scalable growth system.
This is not a “keep the lights on” marketing role. This is a builder role for someone who wants to leave fingerprints on how an energy company grows from early traction to industry cornerstone.
Develop Sparkz comprehensive marketing and comms plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with company goals.
Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Own Sparkz’s growth and demand targets, with accountability for pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and channel performance.
Design and operate a multi-channel growth engine, spanning digital, paid media, content, partnerships, and emerging channels.
