Job Summary

Own the international strategy and cross-functional delivery for the VELYS Spine Platform, shaping market access, evidence strategy, and launch readiness across 16 markets.

  • International strategy execution and cross-functional alignment to meet the business plan.
  • Market access, regulatory, clinical, and health-economic evidence strategy development with Spine Platform teams, HEMA, Medical Affairs, and Clinical.
  • Organizational design, regional rollout planning, KOL relationship management, and Lighthouse Centre/education alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the international strategy and cross-functional delivery for the VELYS Spine Platform, shaping market access and launch readiness to meet the Business Plan.
  • Align with Spine product, HEMA, Regulatory and Clinical teams to accelerate market access and launch in top markets.
  • Define the Clinical and Health Economic evidence strategy with Spine Platform Teams, HEMA, Medical Affairs and Clinical to support new technology and procedural solutions.
  • Develop organizational design recommendations to support the VELYS Spine Technology platform and ensure scalable implementation.
  • Represent International needs in product pipeline discussions with global marketing, R&D and Supply Chain teams to influence roadmap and timing.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure IBP alignment with defined launch plans and regional execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with KOLs for each Technology platform and partner with Regional Spine teams for rollout planning.
  • Support Lighthouse Centre strategy and education planning in line with launch objectives.
  • Collaborate with EMEA, APAC & LATAM Commercial Leaders and markets to drive regional deployment and adoption across the portfolio.
  • Work with Professional Education and Commercial Education teams to ensure education plans support technology launches.
  • Champion Health Care Compliance, Quality & Safety principles across the organization and ensure ethical governance in marketing activities.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, communications, and public relations plans to support strategic initiatives and timely execution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • Deep expertise in Orthopedics; ideally in Spine
  • Experience within Clinical technology solutions, Digital products and Capital systems
  • Marketing experience 5+ years
  • Global or regional experience preferred
  • Market development or value/demand creation through experience with customer and market insights or through experience in marketing or other critical functions (e.g., sales, operations, R&D, finance, business development, etc.)
