UX Engineer with Event Management Systems Experience

Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Akkodis is seeking a UX Engineer with Event Management Systems Experience for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC/Pennington, NJ(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry. Rate Range: $70-73/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Key Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces for event, incident, and monitoring management systems. Build real-time operational dashboards for tracking alerts, events, and incidents. Design intuitive UX workflows for event correlation, escalation, acknowledgment, and resolution. Work closely with backend engineering, DevOps, and operations teams. Translate business and operational requirements into user-centric UI designs. Improve usability, performance, and accessibility of event management applications. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Must-Have Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Event Management / Incident Management / Monitoring systems Experience working with: Event correlation Alert management Escalation workflows Monitoring dashboards Operations consoles Solid front-end development experience using: React OR Angular Strong understanding of user experience principles for operational systems Experience building real-time, high-availability UI platforms If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
