Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative process for short-form video content that highlights the try-on experience, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and testing hooks on TikTok, while collaborating with the team to stay authentic and on-brand and keeping up with fashion trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and script short-form video ideas that highlight the try-on experience in a natural, creator-style way
  • Film and edit content on your own time, following current TikTok trends, sounds, and formats
  • Test different hooks and content styles, and share what's working
  • Collaborate with the team on messaging so content stays authentic but on-brand
  • Stay on top of what's trending in fashion/e-commerce TikTok content

Requirements

  • Comfortable on camera, with a natural, relatable presence
  • Active TikTok presence or strong understanding of what performs there (existing following a plus, not required)
  • Basic filming and editing skills (CapCut or similar is fine, doesn't need to be professional grade)
  • Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or shopping content
  • Reliable and easy to communicate with; early-stage company, so quick turnarounds and flexibility matter

Preferred

  • Active TikTok presence or strong understanding of what performs there (existing following a plus, not required)
  • Prior UGC or influencer experience is a bonus, not a requirement
