• Develop creative video content that highlights product features, benefits, and usage tips for pet owners
• Interact with viewers during live streams, answering questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Utilise public relations skills to build relationships with followers, influencers, and pet communities online
• Monitor social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and appealing to target audiences
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and maintaining active engagement
