We are hiring a TikTok Live Stream Account Manager to support daily TikTok Shop livestream operations across multiple brands. This role includes managing live stream execution, handling TikTok Shop backend tasks, communicating with clients, and hosting live sessions when needed. This is an operations-focused position in a performance-driven agency environment. Responsibilities Live Stream Operations Manage daily TikTok Live schedules Prepare product lineups and run-of-show outlines Monitor performance during live sessions Ensure all live sessions start and run on time Coordinate internally with creative and operations teams On-Camera Hosting Host TikTok Live sessions as assigned Present products clearly and professionally Follow structured sales framework Maintain consistent energy and audience engagement TikTok Shop Backend Update product listings, pricing, and bundles Upload new SKUs and manage catalog changes Monitor inventory and live product alignment Pull and organize performance reports Client Communication Assist with weekly reporting Provide performance summaries Participate in client calls as needed Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera Experience with TikTok Live or similar live selling platforms preferred Familiar with eCommerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, GMV) Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Reliable and process-driven Comfortable balancing operations and on-camera responsibilities Interested in long-term growth in live commerce Able to take direction and execute consistently Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $23–25 per hour Benefits: Health benefit options available
