Tiktok Content & Creator Executive

Responsibilities

• Be a regular face of Vanilla Underground on TikTok, confidently talking to camera and presenting products.
• Create, film and edit engaging short-form TikTok content.
• Plan and host TikTok LIVE sessions alongside our buying and social teams.
• Create authentic, personality-led content that builds the Vanilla Underground brand.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and the day-to-day life of the business.
• Manage TikTok Creators and Affiliates, building a strong pool of creators we can work with across different products, licences and campaigns.
• Understand and manage the backend of TikTok, including TikTok Shop and affiliate activity.
• Monitor performance across organic content, TikTok Shop, LIVE and creator activity.
• Turn TikTok analytics into clear ideas and actions for future content.
• Understand TikTok SEO and how keywords, captions and search behaviour influence content discovery.

Requirements

• Confident and natural in front of the camera.
• Energetic, friendly and well spoken.
• Someone who genuinely understands TikTok rather than simply uses it.
• Comfortable presenting and explaining products naturally.
• Able to identify trends and react quickly.
• Commercially aware and interested in what content actually drives engagement and sales.
• Comfortable working with data and TikTok analytics.
• Organised enough to manage Creators, Affiliates and campaigns alongside content creation.
• Comfortable taking part in podcast conversations and longer-form video.
• Proactive, reliable and full of ideas.

Preferred

• Videos where you're talking directly to camera.
• Content you've created, filmed or edited yourself.
• Examples of strong-performing TikTok content and the corresponding analytics.
• TikTok LIVE experience, if you have it.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop, Creators or Affiliates.
• Podcast, interview or longer-form video content, if available.
