Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the community’s sales efforts to achieve and maintain established occupancy and revenue goals.
Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through tour, follow-up, decision-making, and move-in.
Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, online, walk-in, and referral inquiries.
Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and their families.
Build meaningful relationships with prospects and families while helping them understand their senior living options.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the decision-making process.
Develop strategies to convert leads into tours, deposits, and move-ins.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospective residents.
Coordinate closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team regarding prospective residents and upcoming move-ins.
Develop and maintain strong professional referral relationships throughout the local community.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2–3 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, senior living, healthcare, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or a related industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, census, occupancy, or revenue goals.
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
Experience developing professional referral networks.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting outside sales visits, networking, and asking for the sale.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology.
