Brief Description Position Overview: The Supply Planner is responsible for all aspects of supply planning for assigned product categories. This role ensures alignment between forecasted demand and supply execution to support high customer service levels while maintaining inventory within targeted stocking parameters. The Supply Planner proactively reviews the assign product portfolio, plans requirements within lead time, and addresses potential risks and opportunities across the supply network. Key Responsibilities: Review assigned SKUs and plan purchase orders to meet forecasted demand across the ACR network and at the individual warehouse level. Monitor supply plans to ensure requirements are planned within lead times and aligned with demand forecasts. Identify potential shortages inside of lead time and partner with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to resolve gaps before customer impact. Identify excess or slow-moving inventory and develop actions to mitigate future exposure. Analyze inventory positions and recommend or execute inventory transfers to rebalance stock across network warehouses. Maintain and manage planning system parameters, including minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and service level targets, to support effective planning within the Supply Chain Planning system. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and service performance. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning or related roles. Working knowledge of importing goods from Asia. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Solid understanding of supply planning principles and inventory management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
