About the Role Reporting to the Managing Partners, the Studio Operations Associate plays a critical role in keeping the studio running smoothly. This role supports the Managing Partner (approximately 60%) and the broader studio (approximately 40%). You will be the person who keeps things from slipping through the cracks coordinating schedules, managing documentation, tracking expenses, and improving the systems that keep our team moving. This is an entry-level position requiring 2–3 years of experience. You don’t need to know everything — but you do need to be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to build. Core Responsibilities Managing Partner Support (60%) • Own and manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, protecting time and ensuring priorities remain clear • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups • Track expenses and reconcile credit card activity • Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation • Triage inbox communications and flag key priorities • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and internal documentation • Leverage AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve workflows Studio Operations Support (40%) • Track team timesheets and ensure submissions are accurate and on schedule • Maintain budget and expense trackers across projects • Process vendor invoices and maintain organized records • Support payment coordination and financial documentation • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively improve internal systems About You Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience (internships count!) • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize information and build clean systems • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and light financial tracking • Curious about AI and eager to use technology to work smarter • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive information • Not required but preferred Background in business, operations, communications, Design, Marketing or a related field Compensation & Benefits • Base salary of $45,000–$55,000, adjusted based on location and experience • Health insurance available • Opportunity to grow with a small, ambitious, and entrepreneurial team This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a creative studio truly operates.
