Job Summary

Own local outreach to care homes, introducing services to decision-makers, promoting staffing and recruitment solutions, and building relationships while guiding new clients through onboarding; strong in face-to-face business conversations, motivated, and flexible around ~20 hours/week.

  • Visit and engage local nursing and care homes to open conversations with managers and decision-makers.
  • Promote Caring Hands Services and build relationships that convert to onboarding new clients.
  • Own face-to-face outreach and onboarding support while balancing ~20 hours per week.

  • Visit nursing homes and care homes within the local area
  • Introduce Caring Hands Services to managers and decision-makers
  • Promote our staffing and recruitment services
  • Build professional relationships with care providers
  • Support the onboarding of new clients

Requirements

  • Confident and professional communicators
  • Friendly, motivated, and approachable
  • Comfortable speaking with businesses face-to-face
  • Self-driven and eager to gain real-world experience
  • Students or individuals looking for flexible, performance-based opportunities
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
