What makes the platform different Most of Tax Planning software tools are 1040 tax return analysis. No tools can convert a client's personal and financial data into structured actionable tax strategies; no tools can tackle 1000-page extremely complex client cases. Our tool is built upon a large corpus of curated tax strategy data and sophisticated agentic workflow. It can convert client financial data into structured, comprehensive tax planning strategies—helping advisors move from raw inputs to high-quality planning outputs faster, with clearer deliverables and repeatable workflows. Why we’re hiring an Industry Advisor We’re seeking a well-connected wealth management leader to accelerate our enterprise partnership motion through warm introductions, endorsements, and strategic guidance. You’ll help us access key decision-makers and shape a partnership strategy that resonates with broker-dealers, RIA networks, custodians, and wealth tech platforms. What you’ll do Provide warm intros to target partners and help us reach the right stakeholders fast. Advise on partner positioning, messaging, and pricing models that fit wealth management procurement. Participate in select executive calls to add credibility and unblock momentum. Review and strengthen our partnership materials (one-pagers, pitch narrative, diligence-ready packet). Help identify the “must-have” integrations and workflows for platform adoption. Ideal profile Senior leader/executive with deep wealth management relationships and a reputation people trust. Comfortable vouching for products you believe in, and guiding early-stage teams. Availability: ~2–10 hours/week (flexible). We want an experienced leader from wealth management and/or fintech who understands how advisors buy, adopt, and operationalize planning technology—and can guide us on positioning, distribution, partnerships, and the advisor workflow reality (including compliance considerations). Advisor scope 1) Go-to-market strategy & positioning Coach on ICP segmentation across CFP®/RIA, Family Office, and wealth management team structures. Validate the highest-converting use cases (e.g., proactive year-round tax planning, client meeting prep, tax-smart withdrawal strategies, charitable giving, equity comp/RSUs, business owner planning). Help sharpen packaging/pricing, proof points, and sales motion (demo-first vs trial-first; solo advisors vs teams vs enterprise). 2) Partnerships & distribution Help Identify and prioritize partnership targets (RIA platforms, TAMPs, custodians, broker-dealers, planning software, CRM/practice management, client portals). Define partnership models (referral, co-marketing, marketplace listing, integration, enterprise pilot). Make warm introductions when appropriate and help us navigate partner conversations. 3) Credibility & thought leadership (optional)Co-create topics for webinars, conference talks, and advisor education. Participate in selected advisor councils or strategic discussions. Ideal background Required10+ years in wealth management / advisory services and/or fintech serving advisors. Strong understanding of advisor operating models, planning workflows, and the advisor tech stack. Proven experience with GTM, partnerships, product adoption, or platform growth in the advisor ecosystem. Strongly preferred Leadership experience at or with: RIA aggregators, TAMPs, custodians, planning tech, CRM/practice management vendors, or large RIAs/family offices. Experience launching or scaling integrations / marketplaces / distribution partnerships. Familiarity with compliance expectations and how to package planning insights responsibly (RIA/BD environments). Compensation (common structures) Monthly retainer (moderate) + significant commission and equity
