The person should provide thought leadership to HCI team members and must possess outstanding business acumen. The Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing HCI’s dealer incentive programs, and business analytics to support corporate objectives. Additional job scope includes acting as lead on analyzing HCI data and reporting projects, conducting sales and opportunity review, supporting database management, overseeing field / management reporting, and tracking incentive program performance. What You Will Do Incentive Strategy & Management - Build relationships and partner with Hyundai affiliates / field sales to develop HPP incentive programs to drive sales volume and penetration. - Develop immediate – long-term HPP incentive strategy to support business growth - Manage incentive vendors to support active / future programs. - Conduct post program analysis to assess program impact and take-away. - Oversee administration and execution of incentive programs includes but not limited to launch, marketing, communication, payment, and all other aspects of executions. - Lead effort of market segmentation to identify incentives and acquisition targets. Business Planning & Analytics - Conduct and deliver full post-mortem business analytics for Incentives, Month/Quarter-end Closing, Programs & Promotions, Claims and other key business drivers directly impacting business. - Develop and manage monthly performance objectives and productions, and provide detailed gap analysis. - Analyze & process data to arrive at optimal and realistic decisions, maintain KPI performance monitoring and initiative tracking executive dashboards, and support Salesforce.com dashboard and reporting. - Manage regular production of data-driven Management Tools including oversee the Data Analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity, consistency, and support evolving MIS needs for executives, HCI management & field sales, and other HCA departments. Reporting & HCI Data Management - Lead Tableau and OBIEE efforts to design and create automated reports and/or interactive user interfaces from multiple data sources to enable ease of use by Business & Field Sales Teams - Conduct full reporting lifecycle analysis to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, data requirements, frequency, distribution, and purpose or function of report - Work with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs, gaps and/or requirements in order to automate via Tableau and/or any other reporting platform available (OBIEE) - Prepare ad-hoc analyses to provide insight and analyze trends of product sales, originations, claims, vehicle sales, and SLAs Document existing state and manage centralized reporting inventory of all HCI reports (Sales Field, Vendor, Operations, Planning) - Train other employees how to use Tableau, database applications, and reporting tools (where applicable). Project & Vendor Management - Act as a Project Lead on key HCI initiatives and/or KPI/MIS enhancements including planning, scheduling, and status reporting to ensure successful implementation. Interface with Business Systems, Process Improvement Teams, HCI affiliates (EPMO, IT, EFC/PPC), outside vendors (Safeguard, DealerTrack, Salesforce.com, etc.) as needed - Manage project teams, timelines and budgets to deliver on key initiatives - Prepare presentations to support recommended changes, new initiatives or enhancements - Assist with OEM and/or vendor audit(s) as needed to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics. All other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring 6-8 years in Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent combined experience in all disciplines. Related extended warranty, insurance, captive finance industry experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable institution Outstanding business acumen Superior analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills balanced with strong execution skills Ability to synthesize data, think strategically, and formulate sound recommendation quickly Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and quality Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills Must have the ability to selectively challenge and improve existing practices Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment Work Environment Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment. The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
