Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reports for key suppliers, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support monthly Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SIOP) cycles and lead demand planning meetings. Synchronize the demand planning process with inputs to be inclusive of product lifecycle needs, marketing events, special projects and balance incoming order consumption of the plan. Analyze data sources to achieve world class forecast accuracy by utilizing history, customer data, macro-economic market, and key business indicators for directional influence in demand planning. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES \* Manage the rolling 24-month demand plan for all existing and future new products. Conduct a demand review meeting with Channel / Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to capture all adjustments with logical reasoning. Balance the inputs with key market data and business indicators and reach agreement on an unconstrained demand plan for Rehlko \* Maintain and report on demand plan accuracy.
