Big League Wiffle Ball (BLW) is America's first professional wiffle ball league. BLW started as a backyard wiffle ball league, with just four teams, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ensuing fall, BLW announced what's now one of the largest tournaments in the country, the Western Wiffle Ball Classic at Scottsdale Stadium. From 2020-2025, BLW held a backyard league every summer, hosted major tournaments throughout Arizona, saw an enormous rise in social media following, and played a World Series at AT&T Stadium. In the fall of 2025, BLW launched America’s first professional wiffle ball league. The 2025-26 season features 10 city-based franchises competing in four regional tournaments (Scottsdale, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Dallas) from October-February. Team owners include Kevin Costner, Gary Vaynerchuk, Dude Perfect, Marc Lasry, David Blitzer, David Adelman, and other prominent individuals.
