Together, we are building a firm that delivers results, supports its people, and truly changes lives Position Overview Case Manager handles cases from post-reconsideration denial through hearing preparation and Appeals Council (if applicable). This role supports two attorneys and focuses on advanced case development, hearing readiness, and attorney coordination. Caseload ranges from 800-1500 Key Responsibilities Advanced Case Management Take over cases denied at reconsideration Prepare files for hearing stage Ensure complete medical development prior to hearing Track MSS (Medical Source Statements) Conduct final development calls Attorney Support Prepare hearing summaries and case packets Coordinate hearing logistics Ensure briefs and evidence are submitted timely Caseload Structure Supports two attorneys Manages cases at hearing level only Lower volume than Initial Application Case Manager but more complex Qualifications 2+ years SSA disability case management required Strong familiarity with hearing-level workflow Experience preparing files for ALJ hearings Excellent organization and time management Strong English communication skills Preferred Experience with MSS tracking Compensation: $19-$25/hr Why This Role Matters: Social Security Case Managers are often the primary contact and advocate for our clients.
