Company Description ROSEWOOD is an integrated creative agency and in-house production company that creates stories worth sharing. We are made up of a unique team of social first brand marketers, strategists, creatives, producers and makers that are passionate about solving problems through creativity. Role Description Rosewood is looking for a Social Project Manager to act as the glue for a tight-knit team. The ideal candidate for Rosewood embodies the qualities of a traditional Project Manager (detail-oriented and organized, prompt and efficient, calm and pragmatic), but is also highly invested in cultivating and maintaining a human-first environment. Projects come and go, but people are what make any place special. Our ideal Project Manager will understand how to manage people all around them - managing up and down, working independently and in a team environment, tracking time & prioritizing tasks for themselves and others in parallel, and so on. This Project Manager will be managing projects end-to-end, fully owning the early stages of projects (scoping, resource planning, building timelines) and maintaining their responsibilities through project completion (QC, trafficking/publishing, post-mortems). What Your Day to Day will Look Like Facilitate all day-to-day aspects of the job while keeping the bigger picture top-of-mind. Work to ensure project health, team health and agency health are all being taken into consideration & managed accordingly. Serve as the partner to the Brand counterparts and Production Leads. Key emphasis on partner. Lead Rosewood processes to ensure all projects run on time and on budget. Facilitate, monitor and fully own project timelines and key milestones. Keep the full team up to speed in real time as things track, change, evolve, etc. Act as a homebase for all things budget management. Brand is responsible for the overarching budget and Producers are responsible for Production and Post budgets, but this role is responsible for being knowledgeable across the board and pulling all of the numbers into one digestible space. Manage team across bandwidth, capabilities, PTO and project overlap. Be comfortable in an external client-facing role. Work closely with Production. Recognize when to pull them in and how to be their lifeline for any projects this person is managing. It’s largely up to the PM to ensure Producers are plugged in at the right time and place. Always consider the larger picture. Manage projects in the weeds while acknowledging how changes around the given project/timeline/staff might affect other team members. Be problem-solution oriented. Proactively identify conflicts and risks and provide solutions whenever possible. When a proactive approach is not possible, own the situation and work with your peers and/or management to resolve as a team. Work autonomously with a high degree of polish. Over-communicate. Be 100% transparent. Comfortable with ambiguity and working to define gray areas. Be a team-player. Volunteer to help others, be flexible and willing to adapt to meet the needs of the team and agency. Make friends. Good chemistry creates a better environment and stronger work. Maintain various trackers and measurement tools. This is where the PM will need to be extremely detail oriented and largely self-managed. This data entry affects all pieces of the business and must be maintained in real time and to the highest degree. Manage expectations for client and internal teams, keeping in mind different POVs and incorporating them into an active project plan. Work with Production to maintain and organize all files and assets internally on G-Drive/Server/DropBox/Lucid/Frame. Qualifications Experience working on a social AOR. Proven ability to manage project budgets, scopes, resourcing needs, and capable of shepherding projects/people from project inception through to fruition. Ability to organize, prioritize & coordinate multiple projects in parallel (without direct oversight). Strong multi-tasker, able to juggle various tasks like tracking key milestones, resource performance and account needs. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Slack & G-drive a plus). Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect. Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive on a daily basis. Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in social/digital marketing, project management, and/or content production. Adjacent experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Perks and Benefits Flexible-Paid Time Off (F-PTO) Paid Parental Leave Paid Holidays - Including the last 2 weeks of the year Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Optional Flexible Spending Account Company Matching 401(k) Wellness Reimbursements Remote Working Compensation Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually *This organization participates in E-Verify.
