Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to the organisation’s brand.
  • Manage online reputation through effective public relations initiatives and community engagement.
  • Analyse performance metrics of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Organise promotional events or campaigns to support organisational objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging social media tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to develop creative content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.
