Job Summary

Own what proves the tavern’s vibe by turning on-site gaming nights and social events into punchy short-form videos that fuel growth across TikTok and Instagram.

  • Content Engine: Plan, film, and edit on-site reels/tiktoks that showcase gaming, cocktails, and events.
  • Channel Ownership: Own the monthly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a consistent voice.
  • Growth & Community: Drive engagement through DMs, influencer collabs, and UGC while iterating from data signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Plan, film, and edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) on-site, capturing the tavern's gaming experience, cocktails, and events.
  • Channel Management: Own the monthly content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Growth: Drive engagement by responding to DMs/comments, building relationships with influencers, and encouraging user-generated content (UGC).
  • Data & Analytics: Track reach, growth, and engagement metrics to adapt the content strategy based on data rather than intuition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial brand accounts (hospitality, gaming, or entertainment experience is highly preferred).
  • Active Portfolio: A proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging short-form video content (must provide links).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced mobile filmmaking, lighting, and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • A genuine interest in gaming culture and the nightlife/hospitality industry.
