Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, rednote and independent website.
• Create, edit, schedule and publish engaging content promoting the company’s translation, interpreting, localisation and training services.
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts and ensure consistent brand tone, messaging and visual presentation.
• Plan and support digital campaigns, industry events, interpreting training programmes and other promotional activities.
• Monitor audience engagement, follower growth and campaign performance, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Research market trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to improve content strategy and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Languages or a related subject.
• Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications or public relations is preferred.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience in language services, professional services or international markets would be advantageous.
