Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive, intelligent and constantly evolving Social Media strategy.
Own Social Media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms
Understand the unique mechanics, culture and language of each platform
Identify trends early and determine which ones actually matter
Develop content strategies that generate attention, engagement, followers and fandom
Transform music, video and cinematic assets into a continuous stream of compelling Social Media content
Understand hooks, retention, captions, thumbnails, sounds, posting cadence, formats and algorithms at an expert level
Constantly test, analyze, refine and improve
Know what is working — and immediately recognize what isn't
Build audiences rather than simply accumulating views

Requirements

You should have an unusually deep understanding of Social Media backed by an actual track record.
Exceptional Platform Fluency
Content Instinct
Cultural Awareness
Analytical Discipline
Creative Aggression
YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA. THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
If Social Media is simply something you know how to use, this isn't your job.
If you're looking for a comfortable corporate position with predictable responsibilities, this isn't your job.
If you need someone to tell you what to post every morning, this definitely isn't your job.

Salaries

Posted range

$84K/yr – $100K/yr
