Social Media & Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and publish high-quality, on-trend and engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn — including reels, stories & carousels [short-form video, and static posts]
• Reacting to in-house touch points, tailoring content to areas of the business that need social exposure to drive bookings
• Capturing live moments and key wins daily/evenings/weekends via main feed, stories and lives
• Grow our social media following organically through consistent, engaging, on-trend and on-brand content
• Reacting to trending content & sounds and adapting brand content to fit those trends
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned to our venues core offerings, promotions & seasonal campaigns
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that reflect our premium brand voice
• Keep our profiles up to date and looking sharp, including bios, linktrees, highlights
• Work on a rosta of high-quality influecers & paid influencers to invite in / work with for social exposure
• Edit short & long form video content for paid ads, inclusive of hero ads & what's on ads, and ads for campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing / social media / content role with a strong content creation focus
• Experience within the hospitality / food & beverage sector adventageous
• Strong experience designing content in Canva / Illustrator
• Strong experience using social media editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premier or similar
• Demonstrable expertise across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Analytical skills — you look at the numbers regularly and act on them
• Excellent written English with the ability to write premium, on-brand copy
• Sports fan / understanding adventageous for our Sports Bar & Brewery site
• Confident in-front and behind the camera where required for content such as interview style & pre-sports game predictions
• Highly organised, self-motivated,and able to manage multiple priorities independently
