Job Summary
Own the social content engine for a health-focused brand, turning trends into native content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to grow engagement and audience size.
- Content creation, calendar planning, and performance monitoring across all major platforms.
- Live hosting, TikTok Shop support, and influencer/ambassador collaboration to amplify reach.
- Trend spotting and rapid content iteration based on engagement data and platform feedback.

- Creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn \n
- Filming and editing short-form videos and reels \n
- Planning and managing our content calendar \n
- Scheduling posts and monitoring performance \n
- Supporting and hosting TikTok Lives \n
- Helping to run our TikTok Shop \n
- Working with customers, influencers and brand ambassadors to create content \n
- Spotting trends and turning them into content opportunities \n
- Attending events, exhibitions and occasional social media platform events \n
- Generating fresh ideas to grow our audience and increase engagement \n

- Experience creating content for social media platforms \n
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar) \n
- Excellent written communication skills \n
- Confidence filming content and occasionally appearing on camera \n
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects \n
- A creative thinker who isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas \n
- Someone who understands social media analytics and what drives engagement \n
- You don’t necessarily need agency or corporate experience. \n
