Social Media Content Creator (Filming & Editing)

Responsibilities

• Attend one filming visit per client each month.
• Capture enough footage for a full month of social media content.
• Produce 3 edited short-form videos per week, per client (approximately 12–13 monthly).
• Edit engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels with strong hooks, subtitles, music and transitions where appropriate.
• Write captions for each piece of content.
• Upload finished videos and captions directly into Monday.com.
• Follow creative briefs and meet agreed deadlines.
• Make reasonable amendments following feedback.
• Suggest creative ideas and keep up with social media trends.

Requirements

• Strong filming and video editing skills.
• Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Good understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Creative eye for content, storytelling and trends.
• Confident filming people, products and business locations.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to travel to clients around Nottingham and the East Midlands.
