Own and optimize paid social across Meta Ads and LinkedIn for a multi‑university education program, owning budget, audience strategy, and lead outcomes through cross‑functional partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing large-scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Developing and optimising LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting professional audiences
  • Owning budget allocation and investment decisions across multiple university partner accounts
  • Moving budget dynamically between campaigns, audiences, and partners based on performance and business priorities
  • Building audience strategies using first-party data, CRM insights, and platform targeting tools
  • Working closely with university stakeholders to understand enrolment targets and intake priorities
  • Collaborating with analytics, CRM, content, and contact centre teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance
  • Delivering clear reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for growth, testing, and continuous improvement across paid social activity

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing significant annual advertising budgets (£2m+)
  • Experience overseeing multiple accounts, brands, or clients simultaneously
  • A proven ability to make strategic budget allocation decisions based on performance and commercial priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with multiple internal and external partners
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
  • The ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required)
  • Ability to commute/relocate: St Albans AL1 3TF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • Agency or multi-client environment experience
  • Experience in lead generation, education, professional services, or similar sectors
  • Exposure to GA4, CRM integrations, and attribution reporting
