The Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc. (ICAN) is a non-profit leadership development organization offering innovative and comprehensive leadership training for men and women at every level of their careers through a series of programs, custom services and events. ICAN was founded in 1981 in Omaha, Nebraska by twelve women and has delivered leadership programs to over 16,000 professionals representing hundreds of businesses and nonprofit organizations.
