Job Summary

Own cross-channel shopper marketing operations for Walmart, Club and Grocery from brief to reporting while coordinating with internal teams and vendors; own data gathering, asset management, and BI scorecard updates.

  • Channel ownership: briefs, kickoff, asset collection, and live monitoring across Walmart, Club, and Grocery.
  • Reporting & analytics: track SOV, paid search activity, shopper metrics, and keep the Power BI Scorecard current.
  • Data & assets: manage the HIVE data site for assets and support cross-functional documentation and competitive research.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Walmart, Club and Grocery channel shopper marketing campaigns (program brief development, Kick off process with vendors and sku/asset collection through launch and monitor once live
  • Assist with Grocery channel coupon setup and actualization as well as display creative development (program brief development, KO process with internal stakeholders and vendors and asset collection).
  • Become proficient in our creative data collection site (the HIVE) to assist with assets.
  • Manage PO process and new vendor setup.
  • Assist with Walmart, Club and Grocery channel program recaps and ensure the results are submitted to our Power BI Scorecard
  • Track paid search activity, record SOV and monthly spends.
  • Track monthly shopper activity and keep reporting up to date.
  • Assist in maintaining and keeping up to date the Shopper Scorecard
  • Meet with various EHI colleagues to understand how teams work cross-functionally.
  • Attend internal/external team meetings and assist with developing any support materials.

Requirements

  • Student or graduate of a business degree (bachelor’s or master’s), ideally with a focus on marketing
  • Initial experience (e.g. through internships) in the consumer goods industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Team player and structured and responsible way of working
  • Organized, detail oriented.
  • Quick learner, but comfortable asking questions.
  • Proactivity
