Job Summary

Own the in-store storytelling and content flow, balancing customer service with live events and merchandising to boost local impact.

  • Content and channels: translate shop visits into shareable posts and blog updates.
  • Operations and engagement: support till, assist customers, sort donations, and create attention-catching displays.
  • Events and storytelling: help at events, capture stories, and report insights for outreach refinement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drafting original and engaging content for our various communication channels.
  • Visiting shop(s) to find inspiration, capture stories and take photos and videos.
  • Support at events and report back on what you find.
  • Creating exciting window displays
  • Sorting donations for selling in the shop
  • Helping customers on the shop floor
  • Using the till

Requirements

  • No previous experience needed
