Responsibilities

• Work closely with our social media marketers, client services, and digital strategists to understand client objectives
• Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation
• Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link-building strategy
• Work with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO through content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO management, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content-driven SEO strategy
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time and methods
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across strategy, content, and development teams
• Responsive to client needs within standard working hours (9am–6pm, Monday to Friday)

Preferred

• Experience with website migrations or large-scale URL restructures from an SEO perspective is a strong plus.
