Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and deliver SEO strategies that drive organic visibility, traffic and revenue across a diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C and eCommerce clients.
  • Taking ownership of multiple SEO campaigns, you will identify growth opportunities through keyword, search intent, competitor and content analysis, translating insights into clear strategies and recommendations.
  • You will lead technical SEO activity, conducting audits and resolving issues that affect website performance while supporting migrations, redesigns and other large-scale projects.
  • Working with content teams, you will also optimise content and authority strategies and adapt approaches for GEO, AEO and AI-driven search.
  • Analyse SEO performance, report on results and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Develop and oversee link acquisition and authority-building initiatives.
  • Support new business pitches with SEO research and expertise.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in SEO, including developing and leading SEO projects/strategies across multiple clients and sectors
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations
  • Experience analysing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches and strategic growth initiatives
  • An understanding of website SEO health and how to fix technical issues
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, local and content-led SEO
  • A strong understanding of website migrations, redirects, site architecture, indexation and Core Web Vitals
  • To be highly analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
