Job Summary

Own and optimize the site’s SEO engine end to end, balancing technical on page improvements with content led growth to lift organic visibility and conversions.

  • Own category, landing and product page optimization; test new pages and layouts to drive qualified traffic and inquiries.
  • Build and optimize content like buying guides and blogs to strengthen topical authority and conversion paths.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing optimisation of category pages, landing pages and selected product pages.
  • Identify keyword opportunities using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, NeuronWriter, Ubersuggest and competitor analysis.
  • Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, FAQs, internal linking and structured content.
  • Create new SEO landing pages targeting commercially valuable search terms.
  • Develop buying guides, blog articles and supporting content to strengthen topical authority.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
  • Stay informed about AI search developments and emerging SEO best practice.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Improve calls-to-action, enquiry forms, brochure downloads, sample requests and showroom appointment journeys.
  • Work with management to test new landing pages, layouts and website improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience working within digital marketing, ecommerce or SEO.
  • Good understanding of on-page SEO and website optimisation.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using SEO platforms such as NeuronWriter, Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and UX principles.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity software.
