Description:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Hospitality professional to assist in planning Lenovo’s premium hospitality services for customers and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences that exceed the expectations of our guests. Key Responsibilities Premium Hospitality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy tailored to customers and partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and partnership objectives. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of hospitality experiences including venue selections, catering, entertainment, and transportation to create memorable experiences. Customer / Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, providing clear communications throughout, understanding their preferences and needs to deliver a personal touch to their overall experience. Budget Management: Manage budgets for hospitality programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and luxury standards. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and partners post-events to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in future hospitality offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with Lenovo partners and agencies as well as Lenovo marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality initiatives and alignment with overall business goals. Oversight: oversee event on-site execution, including set-up, staffing, guest logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor organization and problem-solving. Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on premium services or event planning. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in working with budgeting and financial management. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in managing high-profile events, preferably in sports, entertainment, art/cultural and/or e-sports/gaming properties. Driven hospitality professional with a history of creating unforgettable experiences. Must be flexible and willing to travel (multi-day, weekends and short-notice travel expected).
