Senior Planner

Sensata Technologies is looking for a demand planning specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / programs. General Responsibilities • Leads in the creation of future capacity plans • Handles any communication with marketing, manufacturing and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency of message • Leads in defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts • Leads in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories • Leads in creating a demand plan that will be used throughout the company in regards to supply planning • Leads in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planning Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers #LI-JL1 #LI-Onsite Base Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $114,620.00 At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
