Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Senior Paid Media Consultants at Vervaunt own strategic campaign execution and are the lynchpin of day-to-day client relations. They are the drivers of client satisfaction, building trust with their clients by ensuring the delivery of impactful, strategic campaigns driven by industry insights and a well managed team.
  • Senior Paid Media Consultants lead by example, exemplifying Vervaunt values and offering support and guidance to junior team members where required. They show up with a positive attitude and a desire to drive excellence with their teams for their clients.
  • The paid media team manages a wide variety of campaigns and channels for our clients, across search, shopping, social and more.
  • We work proactively to manage and optimise accounts, creating bespoke reports and dashboards for our clients.
  • SPCs lead on client relationship management, manage expectations and ensure transparent, two-way communication.
  • Monitors and optimises team efficiency, effectively manages workflow of activations across platforms and works closely with the junior team to ensure SLAs are being met - providing hands on support where required.
  • Client centric: able to put the client at the heart of decision making, demonstrating an understanding of their priorities, manage KPIs and forecasting and maintain rigorous QA standards.
  • Driven by curiosity: constantly pushing boundaries of what’s possible, actively seeks out better ways of working across key platforms, and proactively explores opportunities for account development through testing and early adoption of new features.
  • Leads with innovation and encourages experimentation, regularly sharing insights and learnings with the wider team.
  • Commercially savvy: ensures client KPIs and forecasts are met, understands how their work drives the commercial success of Vervaunt, and regularly collaborates with senior management to support with new business pitches.
  • Personally invested: commits to fostering a collaborative team culture and developing talent across their pod, champions best practice and demonstrates dedication to client and team success and consistently brings a can-do attitude to work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team leadership and development, fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Excellent knowledge and certifications in Google ads, Facebook blueprint and any other equivalent platforms
  • Experience in the agency environment managing diverse client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital marketing growth through innovative strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Highly organised, with previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
