itD is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact motion graphics that elevate corporate communications, training, and explainer content. This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end motion design for explainer videos, infographic animations, training content, and corporate communications. Develop polished animations in Adobe After Effects with speed, precision, and consistency. Design scene layouts and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Edit video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards. Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality. Internal Responsibilities Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications And Skills 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely related field. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects with a proven ability to deliver clean, dynamic animations. Advanced graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Hands-on video and audio editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. Demonstrated experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications And Skills Experience working in corporate or enterprise creative environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools. Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
