Own end-to-end client campaign execution with hands-on Meta Ads, multiple accounts, and direct client communication to explain results and strategy.

Campaign Execution & Optimization: build and adjust Meta Ads, landing pages, tracking, and creatives across multiple clients
Client Communication & Reporting: present results clearly on calls and in writing, with proactive issue detection
Multi-Account Ownership: manage several campaigns without slippage while coordinating with account managers

Take ownership of campaigns and key tasks across client accounts - running the day-to-day work, joining calls to talk clients through what you've delivered, and making sure what goes out is genuinely good.
You'll be trusted to know what good looks like and deliver it, working alongside the account manager who owns the overall client relationship.
Talk to clients - real business owners, not just marketing contacts - and explain your work and results clearly and confidently.
Track and report on results properly and proactively spot issues before being asked.
Be comfortable presenting results and explaining strategy clearly, whether on a call or face to face.
Work well within a small team, but doesn't need constant direction to stay productive.
Typical Day: log on, join client calls, tweak targeting, adjust budget, build Meta Ads campaigns, run reporting, diagnose issues and fix them as needed

Solid experience in a marketing account or campaign management role - agency experience strongly preferred
Hands-on, practical experience running Meta Ads, building web pages, implementing tracking, producing copy, designing creatives - not just oversight, you can actually build and create them
Confident using Google Analytics, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
Proven ability to manage multiple client campaigns at once without things slipping
Confident, clear communicator - in writing and on the phone/video calls
Knowledge of the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom sector is an advantage but not essential
A proactive mindset - someone who spots what needs doing and does it
