Job Summary

Own and optimise multi-channel lifecycle journeys and lead engagement, turning CRM data into scalable nurture programs and scoring, with heavy emphasis on automation and cross-team workflow enablement.

  • Lead lifecycle ownership: design and optimize e-mail and multi-channel journeys with advanced engagement models.
  • CRM health and automation: monitor Marketo/CRM performance, build scalable workflows, and enable cross-functional teams.
  • Experimentation and scoring: lead nurture experiments, testing targeting, conversion, and engagement frameworks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimise advanced lifestyle journeys across e-mail and multi-channel CRM
  • Monitor overall Marketo performance and health
  • Lead experimentation programmes across nurture streams, targeting and conversion optimisation
  • Develop advanced lead nurturing, lead scoring and engagement frameworks
  • Build scalable automation workflows to support other stakeholders in Marketing

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms
  • Ability to work with at least two of the following languages: Python, JS, SQL, Velocity
  • A solid understanding of lead generation data
  • Strong understanding of segmentation strategy and CRM best practices
