Senior Manager of IT

MikeWorldWide (MWW) is seeking a Senior Manager of IT to serve as a hands-on leader accountable for the resilience, scalability and security of our global IT infrastructure. Functioning as the primary point of contact for all technology requirements across international offices, including Global offices such as the UK, the successful candidate will ensure IT operations align with the agency’s strategic objectives. This position interfaces with staff across all offices and maintains high visibility with executive leadership, including the CEO, COO/CFO and Chief People Officer. The role collaborates closely with external development and managed services providers to execute projects and implement solutions that enhance processes and workflows. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, extremely organized, incredibly personable, and demonstrates the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. Responsibilities • Drive all internal IT support (help desk) creating strategies that ensure high levels of user satisfaction and operational efficiency • Oversee development, implementation and optimization of organizational IT systems and departmental processes • Manage and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers to facilitate project coordination and solution deployment • Establish and maintain business continuity protocols to mitigate disruptions from emergencies or data incidents • Evaluate IT efficiency and effectiveness, delivering recommendations to the CFO for improvement of IT infrastructure and systems • Supervise the security of systems, networks and enterprise information, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards and regulatory compliance • Manage SaaS applications and services, including license management and usage optimization. • Design and automate employee lifecycle management processes from seamless onboarding to secure offboarding • Lead the evaluation, architecture and deployment of enterprise information systems, employing modern infrastructure and industry best practices • Formulate and enforce governance frameworks and IT policies to ensure enterprise Compliance Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management within a multi-office environment • Advanced Azure, Microsoft 365, and Office 365 administration expertise • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, macOS and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) • Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management • Experience with hardware deployment and management solutions (Intune/Kandji) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and management skills; with the ability to manage complex scopes of work • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to and collaborating with C-suite executives • Must be a highly motivated, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who anticipates technical bottlenecks before they impact the business • Thorough understanding of IT Strategy to support the company’s goals Desirable Qualifications • Dynamics 365 expertise a plus but not required • Has deployed and managed deployment of ERP project, preferably Dynamics 365 Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to own the IT Operations of a global agency.
