Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for customer impact, commercial growth and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Working across the organisation, you'll develop and deliver customer marketing strategies that place audiences at the heart of decision-making while supporting revenue growth, with a particular focus on retail across both digital and physical channels.
  • You'll be confident using audience insight, segmentation and performance data to shape strategy, lead major campaigns from concept to evaluation, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborative, influential and commercially astute, you&aposll work effectively across Retail and wider museum teams to deliver measurable results.
