Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Lending Performance & Analytics Manager focused on driving measurable improvements across lending performance through data, analysis, and strategic collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams, lending partners, and company leadership to turn complex performance data into clear insights and informed decisions. This role is designed for someone who wants ownership, influence, and long-term growth, not just reporting responsibilities. Key Responbilities Analyze lending and conversion performance across multiple campaigns and partners Develop actionable insights that directly influence strategy, optimization, and growth Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal and executive use Perform statistical analysis and trend identification to uncover opportunities and risks Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that guide decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams Partner with lenders to evaluate performance drivers and recommend improvements Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and overall outcomes Help define and evolve performance measurement frameworks as the business grows Qualifications Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Analytics for extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets Proficiency in Statistical Methods and Analytical Skills to assess trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable recommendations Competency in Data Visualization techniques to create clear, impactful reports and presentations Experience working with performance-driven teams and leading analytical projects Proficient in advanced data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field is preferred Experience in lending, finance, or performance marketing is a strong advantage Why THIS ROLE is different This is a high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow with the company, not just fill a seat.
