Responsibilities

• Lead influencer acquisition, onboarding, and long‑term relationship management
• Cold‑call and outreach to influencers to build a strong creator pipeline
• Develop and execute podcast‑focused influencer strategies
• Train, mentor, and support new and emerging podcasters
• Evaluate applicants, refine talent pools, and move candidates through interview and hiring stages
• Draft, negotiate, and manage influencer contracts and agreements
• Set, track, and report on KPIs for both influencers and your own performance metrics
• Oversee campaign delivery, quality, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align strategy

Requirements

• Experience hosting or producing your own podcast
• Proven experience training or mentoring podcasters
• A strong, measurable track record in influencer management
• Confident in cold outreach, talent sourcing, and relationship building
• Experience managing KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in London
