Job Summary

Own the Hong Kong trade marketing liaison for partners and agents, turning travel trade relationships into scheduled activations and intelligence flow.

  • Trade Marketing Ownership: plan campaigns, seminars, and training with logistics support.
  • Channel & Partner Management: cultivate relationships with travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, and corporates.
  • Insights & Reporting: collect market intelligence and deliver regular business updates.

Job Description

  • Support in planning and implementation of trade marketing initiatives such as trade marketing campaigns, delivery of trade seminars & training, business development with regular sales calls, and exploring opportunities to promote Hong Kong.
  • To assist to cultivate and maintain a close relationship with local and online travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and corporates.
  • To assist, organise and handle necessary logistics of marketing activities
  • To collect market intelligence and prepare regular reporting to the business
  • To bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments
  • To carry out required administrative jobs such as routine reports (weekly/Monthly/Annual)
  • To support other disciplines as required

For MICE organisers, that means providing a host of service designed to make organising spectacular meetings or incentive travel programmes, a convention or an exhibition even simpler, smoother and more satisfying.
